Rio Celeste is famous for its beautiful blue water & gorgeous waterfall. It is a bit off the beaten track and it is not an easy hike so few people get to experience this natural beauty. The blue water can only be seen after several days of sun when the water is calm and the minerals & sun shine. Even if it's been raining it's still a great hike because of all the animals that live in the Tenorio National Volcano Park. It turns out to be an all day trek...but it's worth it!
